Jill trains clients 1:1 (or 2:1!) at Independent Training Spot in NYC. With multiple locations in the city, there is likely a space convenient to you with tons of equipment and amenities. Sessions with Jill are one hour and focus on strength, boxing, creating confidence, and coordination.

Not in NYC? Want to complete workouts on your own time? Online training is a great solution. Jill creates custom weekly workouts for you to complete and schedules weekly check-ins to chat about progress. The app includes video demonstrations of Jill performing each exercise, chat access with Jill, and weekly meal plans designed by an RD.
